🖼️ Job Overview
As a Graphic Designer, your role will involve conceptualizing, designing, and executing visual content across digital and print platforms. You will collaborate with our marketing and operations teams to bring campaigns to life and visually represent the brand across channels.
The ideal candidate is creative, detail-oriented, and possesses a strong sense of design principles, branding, and user experience.

✨ Key Responsibilities
Design visually appealing graphics for digital platforms including social media (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube), websites, and emails
Create marketing collaterals such as brochures, flyers, posters, business cards, and standees
Work closely with the content and marketing teams to conceptualize and execute creative campaigns
Edit and retouch images and artwork as needed
Adapt graphics for various formats such as banners, infographics, presentations, and internal documentation
Maintain brand consistency and quality across all designs and communication materials
Manage multiple projects while meeting tight deadlines and quality standards
Implement feedback effectively and improve designs accordingly
Stay updated on design trends, tools, and creative techniques
Organize design files and maintain a well-structured digital library

👤 Candidate Requirements
Education:
Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or a related field
Candidates with strong portfolios and practical experience may also apply, even without formal education
Experience:
0 to 2 years of experience in graphic design (Freshers with creative portfolios are welcome)
Freelance, internship, or agency experience is considered an advantage
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, CorelDRAW, and Canva
Basic understanding of design for both digital and print mediums
Video editing or motion graphics skills (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects) are a plus
Soft Skills:
Creativity and problem-solving mindset
Attention to detail and an eye for aesthetics
Good communication and collaboration skills
Ability to manage time efficiently and meet deadlines
Open to feedback and continuous learning

📍 Location & Work Schedule
Work Location: Krishna Nagar, East Delhi
Office Timings: Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM
This is a full-time, in-office role. Candidates residing nearby or willing to relocate to Krishna Nagar are preferred.
