Key Responsibilities
Operate surface grinders, hand grinders, and polishing tools with accuracy.
Set up machines, verify tools, and maintain optimal grinding parameters.
Read engineering drawings and ensure components match required specifications.
Inspect finished parts for dimensions, surface finish, and quality.
Perform routine maintenance on grinding machines and keep them in proper working condition.
Identify operational issues and report them to the supervisor.
Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.

Required Skills & Qualifications
1–3 years of experience as a Grinder Operator in a manufacturing unit.
Strong understanding of grinding techniques, measurement tools, and machining standards.
Ability to maintain high precision and surface finish.
Knowledge of basic machine troubleshooting.
Physically fit to work in an industrial setup.
