Key Responsibilities
Operate surface grinders, hand grinders, and finishing tools.
Set up machines, check tools, and maintain proper grinding parameters.
Read and interpret engineering drawings to ensure precise output.
Inspect finished parts for dimensional accuracy and surface finish.
Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of machines.
Identify operational issues and report them promptly to supervisors.
Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.

Required Skills & Qualifications
1–3 years of experience as a Grinder Operator.
Knowledge of grinding techniques, tools, and measurement instruments.
Ability to maintain high precision and quality standards.
Ability to read technical drawings.
Physically fit to work in an industrial environment.
