Best Concern Services Pvt. Ltd. is actively seeking an energetic, professional, and highly motivated HR Recruiter to join our Human Resources team. As an HR Recruiter, you will manage the end-to-end hiring process for various roles across departments. You will be responsible for attracting qualified candidates, conducting initial screenings, coordinating interviews, and ensuring a smooth hiring and onboarding process.
This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about talent acquisition and want to play a key role in helping the organization grow with the right people. You will be part of a dynamic HR team where your insights and contributions are valued and encouraged.
🔧 Key Responsibilities
Manage the full recruitment life cycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Understand manpower requirements by working closely with department heads.
Create effective and compelling job postings to attract the right talent.
Source candidates through various platforms like Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, referrals, job fairs, and social media.
Conduct preliminary telephonic or virtual interviews to assess candidates’ suitability.
Schedule and coordinate interviews between shortlisted candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain recruitment databases and candidate pipelines for different job roles.
Provide timely updates and feedback to candidates and stakeholders throughout the hiring process.
Perform reference and background checks for final selections.
Ensure all employment documentation is properly collected and maintained.
Collaborate with HR operations for seamless onboarding of new hires.
Maintain reports and metrics related to recruitment activities, such as time-to-hire, source effectiveness, and candidate feedback.
Assist in employer branding initiatives and talent engagement campaigns.
👤 Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
MBA in Human Resources is a plus.
1–4 years of experience in recruitment or HR operations.
Strong knowledge of modern sourcing strategies and hiring platforms.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with candidates and internal stakeholders.
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple positions simultaneously.
Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment management tools.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Knowledge of labor laws, hiring compliances, and HR policies is an added advantage.
