Position Overview
Friends Job is urgently hiring a dynamic and responsible Driver & Customer Onboarding Executive for our operations in Pratap Vihar, Ghaziabad. This hybrid position involves both field engagement and customer interaction, with a focus on onboarding drivers and supporting new customers as they join our platform.
Key Responsibilities
Driver Onboarding
Conduct field visits to meet and register new drivers
Verify documents: Driving License, RC, insurance, etc.
Provide training on app usage, route navigation, and payment processing
Explain company policies, safety procedures, and service standards
Collect feedback to improve onboarding efficiency
Customer Onboarding
Assist customers with account creation and profile setup
Guide users through booking, payments, and in-app features
Resolve basic technical or account-related issues
Conduct follow-ups to ensure satisfaction and engagement
Ideal Candidate Profile
Minimum qualification: 12th Pass (Graduates preferred)
Comfortable using smartphones and mobile applications
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Willing to travel locally for onboarding tasks
Experience in customer service or onboarding roles is a plus
