Ltd. is actively hiring motivated, detail-oriented individuals for the role of Picker Packer in our warehouse operations located in Satna As a Picker Packer, your primary responsibility will be to accurately pick, pack, and prepare products for shipment, ensuring they meet quality and safety standards. 🔧 Key Responsibilities
✔️ Order Picking & Packing
Select items from inventory based on order lists or scanner-based systems.
Pack products in boxes or containers securely to prevent damage in transit.
✔️ Quality Control
Inspect items for accuracy and defects before packing.
Ensure that all items meet the required quality standards.
✔️ Labeling & Documentation
Label each package accurately with shipping and product information.
Complete necessary documentation for dispatch.
✔️ Warehouse Maintenance
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area.
Follow all company safety procedures and hygiene protocols.
✔️ Logistics Support
Assist with loading and unloading of goods.
Report damaged or missing inventory to the supervisor immediately.
✔️ Team Collaboration
Work closely with warehouse staff and supervisors to meet daily dispatch targets.
Support team members as needed during peak times.
✅ Eligibility Criteria
📚 Education:
Minimum qualification: 10th Pass (SSC) or equivalent.
🛠️ Experience:
Prior experience in warehouse or packing work is an advantage but not mandatory.
Freshers are welcome. On-the-job training will be provided.
💪 Physical Requirements:
Ability to lift 25–50 lbs (10–20 kg) safely.
Comfortable with standing for long periods and performing physically demanding tasks.
