We are currently hiring a Web Developer to join our internal development team based in Krishna Nagar, Delhi. This is a full-time, in-office role for a dynamic individual who has a passion for coding, website development, and delivering functional, user-friendly digital experiences.

🌐 Job Overview
As a Web Developer, you will be responsible for designing, coding, and modifying websites according to company or client specifications. Your role includes both front-end and back-end development tasks, ensuring optimal performance, user experience, and mobile responsiveness.
You’ll collaborate with design and content teams to build websites, maintain existing web properties, and continuously enhance their features for performance and SEO.

🧾 Key Responsibilities
Design and develop responsive websites and web applications from concept through deployment
Write clean, efficient, and well-documented HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and backend code
Convert design mockups into functional web pages (Pixel Perfect Development)
Maintain, update, and troubleshoot company and client websites as needed
Work with CMS platforms such as WordPress for building and managing websites
Ensure cross-browser compatibility and mobile responsiveness across all devices
Optimize web pages for performance, SEO, and loading speed
Integrate APIs and third-party tools (e.g., payment gateways, forms, Google Maps, etc.)
Collaborate with designers, marketers, and content creators to meet project goals
Follow current web standards and stay updated with latest technologies and trends
Conduct website testing, debugging, and maintenance activities

🧑‍💼 Candidate Profile
Education Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, Web Design, or a related field
Relevant certifications (e.g., Full-Stack Web Development, WordPress, etc.) are a plus
Experience:
0 to 2 years of experience in web development
Freshers with strong portfolios or live projects are encouraged to apply

🛠️ Required Technical Skills
Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery
Familiarity with PHP and MySQL for back-end development
Experience working with WordPress, Shopify, or other CMS platforms
Understanding of responsive frameworks like Bootstrap
Ability to use tools such as Git, Figma, Canva, or Adobe XD
Basic understanding of SEO principles, page speed optimization, and W3C standards
Knowledge of REST APIs and AJAX is a bonus
Debugging and testing skills with attention to performance and security
