Key Responsibilities
Greet and welcome guests with a friendly attitude
Guide guests to tables or waiting areas
Manage seating and reservations efficiently
Provide menus and inform guests about ongoing promotions
Assist with taking and relaying orders when needed
Coordinate with service staff for smooth operations
Handle guest queries and resolve concerns politely
Maintain cleanliness and order at the front desk/entrance area
Ensure a pleasant and seamless dining experience for guests

Required Skills & Qualifications
Diploma in hospitality or related field (preferred)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong customer service mindset
Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
Professional, polite, and confident demeanor
Ready to work 6 days a week (Day shift)
