Internship Duration: 3 Months
Stipend: ₹6,000 per month
Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Working Days: 6 Days (1 Weekly Off)

Job Overview:
We are hiring a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern in Krishna Nagar, Delhi to support end-to-end HR operations. This internship provides structured, hands-on learning and is ideal for candidates aspiring to build a long-term career in Human Resources. You will gain practical exposure in recruitment, coordination, documentation management, and employee engagement under the guidance of an experienced HR team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening & interview coordination
  • Maintain accurate candidate databases and HR records
  • Manage daily follow-ups, documentation & report compilation
  • Support onboarding, training coordination & employee communication
  • Ensure smooth execution of day-to-day HR operational tasks
  • Uphold professionalism, confidentiality & data accuracy at all times
