Roles & Responsibilities:
Handle full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, shortlisting, and onboarding
Post jobs on portals, social media & Friendsjob
Schedule and conduct telephonic/face-to-face interviews
Maintain candidate database and daily MIS
Coordinate with internal departments for manpower needs
Ensure smooth joining formalities and documentation
Build strong candidate pipelines for ongoing requirements

Skills Required:
Good communication & interpersonal skills
Basic knowledge of hiring tools & job portals
Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
Positive attitude and problem-solving approach

Qualifications & Experience:
Any Graduate
0–2 years experience (Freshers can apply)

Salary:
₹12,000 – ₹20,000 per month (Based on experience)
