We are seeking an enthusiastic HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing and screening candidates to scheduling interviews and coordinating onboarding. Ideal for candidates with excellent communication skills and a passion for talent acquisition.

Roles & Responsibilities:
Manage full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, shortlisting, and onboarding
Post jobs on portals, social media & Friendsjob
Schedule and conduct telephonic/face-to-face interviews
Maintain candidate database and daily MIS reports
Coordinate with departments to fulfill manpower requirements
Ensure smooth joining formalities and documentation
Build strong candidate pipelines for ongoing requirements

Skills Required:
Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
Knowledge of recruitment tools and job portals
Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
Positive attitude and problem-solving approach

Qualifications & Experience:
Any Graduate
0–2 years experience (Freshers can apply)

Salary:
💰 ₹12,000 – ₹20,000 per month (based on experience)
