🎯 Key Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end recruitment for entry-level to mid-level positions.
Source candidates using job portals, social media, referrals, and walk-ins.
Conduct initial screening, telephonic interviews, and schedule final interviews.
Maintain candidate databases and update recruitment trackers regularly.
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job roles and requirements.
Follow up with candidates and ensure smooth onboarding.
Maintain daily MIS and recruitment status reports.

✅ Candidate Requirements:
Education: Graduation in any stream (BBA/B.Com/BA or MBA in HR preferred)
Experience: 0.6 to 3 years in recruitment or talent acquisition
Skills Required:
Excellent verbal and written communication
Confident and persuasive speaking skills
Hands-on experience with MS Office and Google Sheets
Ability to handle pressure and meet hiring targets
Familiarity with recruitment tools and portals (Naukri, Indeed, etc.)
