Job Responsibilities:
Source and screen candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals
Conduct telephonic and face-to-face interviews
Coordinate with clients/management for understanding hiring needs
Maintain and update candidate database and recruitment trackers
Ensure a smooth onboarding process for selected candidates
Handle end-to-end recruitment cycle from sourcing to joining

Requirements:
Qualification: Graduate in any stream (HR specialization preferred)
Experience: 0–2 years (Freshers with good communication skills can apply)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Basic knowledge of MS Office and Google Sheets
Ability to work independently and meet daily/weekly hiring targets
