Skills & Qualifications
Graduate / MBA in HR preferred.
1–4 years’ experience in recruitment (Freshers with strong communication may apply).
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and networking skills.
Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines.
Proficiency in job portals, MS Excel, and applicant tracking systems.
