Job Overview
We are seeking a proactive and dedicated HR Recruiter to join our team in Chamoli, Uttarakhand. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring timely hiring of qualified talent to support business growth. This role requires strong communication skills, excellent coordination abilities, and a passion for people management.

₹18,000 – ₹22,000 per month (Based on experience)

Key Responsibilities
Handle full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates
Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates
Maintain job postings on multiple platforms and track applications
Conduct telephonic & face-to-face interviews to evaluate candidates
Coordinate with department heads to understand hiring requirements
Manage employee documentation and maintain HR records
Conduct background checks and verify candidate information
Support onboarding and induction process for new employees
Contribute to employer branding and candidate engagement initiatives
Maintain recruitment metrics and weekly hiring reports

Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree (Preferred: HR, Business Administration, or related field)
0–2 years of experience in HR or recruitment (Freshers with strong communication skills can apply)
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work under deadlines and handle multiple hiring tasks
Familiarity with MS Excel, Google Sheets & basic recruitment tools
Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and ability to collaborate with teams
