Key Responsibilities:
End-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates
Post job listings across portals and manage applicant databases
Conduct telephonic and in-person interviews
Coordinate with hiring managers and clients for interviews and feedback
Maintain candidate records and daily recruitment reports
Handle offer letters and joinings
Skills Required:
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Basic knowledge of recruitment cycles and sourcing tools
Comfortable with MS Office, especially Excel
Ability to manage multiple openings efficiently
Self-driven, team-oriented, and deadline-focused
Eligibility Criteria:
Education: Bachelor’s degree (any stream)
Experience: 0–2 years (Freshers can apply)
Language: Hindi and English proficiency required
