As an HR Recruiter, you’ll be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting candidates across various roles. If you have strong communication skills, a proactive attitude, and a passion for human resources — we’d love to meet you!

📋 Key Responsibilities:
🔍 Source candidates from job portals, social media, referrals, and internal databases
📞 Conduct initial screenings and telephonic interviews
📅 Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers
📊 Maintain candidate pipelines and track hiring progress using Excel or CRM tools
📢 Post job openings on various platforms (WhatsApp, job boards, LinkedIn, etc.)
🤝 Coordinate and follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process
📂 Maintain detailed recruitment reports, candidate files, and offer documents
📈 Assist in improving recruitment strategies and employer branding

🎓 Requirements & Skills:
🎓 Education: Graduate (any stream); MBA in HR is a plus
🧑💼 Prior experience in HR/recruitment preferred, but freshers are welcome
💬 Strong interpersonal and communication skills
🖥️ Comfortable with MS Office, Excel, and WhatsApp Business tools
🌐 Familiar with LinkedIn, Indeed, Naukri, and other job platforms
📁 Strong organizational and candidate follow-up skills
