📞 Reach out to job seekers over calls and messages
📄 Shortlist and screen resumes based on job criteria

🔁 Manage post-selection follow-ups and joining formalities

✅ Requirements
🎓 Minimum qualification: 12th pass (Graduates welcome)
🗣️ Excellent communication in Hindi (English is a plus)
💻 Proficiency in Excel, WhatsApp & basic computer usage
👥 Interest in recruitment and people handling
🌐 Familiarity with job portals and online hiring tools
📌 Prior hiring experience is preferred but not required
