The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in identifying, attracting, and onboarding top talent while supporting day-to-day HR operations. Your Key Responsibilities:
Handle the complete recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding.
Develop and post job advertisements across job portals and social media platforms.
Screen resumes, conduct telephonic and in-person interviews, and coordinate final selections.
Maintain and update candidate databases and employee records.
Support payroll, attendance, and employee engagement activities as needed.
Assist in implementing HR policies and performance management systems.
Foster a positive and inclusive work environment aligned with company values.

Candidate Profile:
Bachelor’s degree in HR or related discipline (MBA preferred).
1–3 years of experience in recruitment or HR administration.
Proficiency in MS Office and job portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.).
Strong communication, organizational, and negotiation skills.
High attention to detail and ability to handle multiple priorities.
Friendly, approachable, and confident when dealing with people.
