The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication, negotiation, and people-management skills. As an HR Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring qualified candidates that align with company goals and culture.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle — sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline through job portals, referrals, and social media.
Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and ideal candidate profiles.
Conduct telephonic and face-to-face interviews effectively.
Maintain HR databases and ensure accurate documentation.
Ensure a smooth and engaging candidate experience throughout the process.

Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
1–3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
Strong understanding of hiring trends and HR tools.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines.
