Key Responsibilities
Manage full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
Source candidates via job portals, social media, campus drives, referrals, and direct outreach.
Coordinate with hiring managers to define role requirements and selection criteria.
Maintain and update ATS/HR database with candidate progress and feedback.
Conduct telephonic and face-to-face interviews; shortlisting suitable profiles.
Drive local campus hiring and recruitment events when required.
Ensure timely closure of open positions and improve time-to-hire metrics.
Prepare offer letters, complete documentation, and assist with induction processes.
Skills & Qualifications
Graduate (HR/Management preferred) with 1–4 years relevant experience.
Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques (LinkedIn, Naukri, portals) and interview best practices.
Excellent communication skills in English and Telugu; Hindi is an advantage.
Good understanding of HR processes, employment checks, and basic labour compliance.
Familiarity with ATS/CRM tools and MS Excel for reporting.
Organized, proactive, and ability to work under hiring targets.
