Job Title: HR Recruiter – Talent Acquisition (Sector 27C, Faridabad)

Job Overview:
FriendsJob is hiring HR Recruiters for our Sector 27C, Faridabad branch. Key Responsibilities:
Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and internal databases
Conduct telephonic screenings and schedule interviews
Coordinate with hiring managers and clients for interview rounds
Maintain candidate records and update daily reports
Follow up with selected candidates and ensure smooth onboarding
Meet daily/weekly recruitment targets
Handle walk-ins and conduct initial assessments
Maintain a strong talent pipeline for recurring roles
Eligibility Criteria:
Graduate in any discipline (MBA in HR preferred)
0–2 years of experience in recruitment or HR roles
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Email, Google Sheets)
Willingness to work in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment
Good understanding of job portals like Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc. is a plus
Shift Details:
Day Shift (10:00 AM – 7:00 PM)
6 Days Working (Sunday Off)
