Key Responsibilities

Maintain accurate candidate databases and recruitment reports.
Build and maintain strong professional relationships with candidates and clients.
Work closely with department heads to understand hiring needs and workforce planning.
Ensure compliance with company HR policies and recruitment standards.

Eligibility Criteria
Education: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferably HR, Management, or Commerce).
Experience: 0–2 years in recruitment or HR (freshers with strong communication skills can also apply).
Language: Hindi proficiency required; English communication preferred.
Work Type: Full-time, office-based.
