Key Responsibilities
Source and screen candidates through job portals, social media, and internal databases.
Conduct telephonic and in-person interviews for shortlisted applicants.
Coordinate with company clients to understand manpower requirements.
Manage the complete recruitment cycle from job posting to onboarding.
Maintain accurate records of candidates and recruitment status.
Achieve weekly and monthly hiring targets as assigned.
Support HR documentation and onboarding processes.
Eligibility Criteria
Education: Graduate in any discipline (BBA, MBA HR preferred).
Experience: 0–2 years (Freshers with good communication skills may apply).
Skills Required:
Excellent verbal and written communication.
Good understanding of recruitment cycles and candidate management.
Proficiency in MS Office and job portal usage.
Target-oriented and organized work approach.
