Key Responsibilities
- Make sure the hub opens and closes according to the rules
- Keep an eye on delivery drivers based on how much is being shipped
- Plan daily work depending on what needs to be delivered
- Make sure everyone on the team is trained and follows the standard procedures
- Sort packages based on the routes they need to take
- Make lists of deliveries and pickups for the day
- Give each driver their daily tasks
- Write reports and reply to work emails
- Run the hub’s daily activities
- Get daily operation reports ready and send them out
- Manage small amounts of cash for day-to-day expenses
- Help with deliveries or pickups when needed
- Hire more workers when the business needs them
Candidate Requirements
- Experience: 2 to 3 years of experience in a hub or delivery role
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- Skills: Leadership skills to manage hub staff and delivery teams
- Expertise: Basic understanding of last-mile delivery processes
- Management : Good at planning and executing tasks effectively
