About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Hub Lead to manage day-to-day operations at a busy warehouse in Sector 62, Noida. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising the pick-pack-ship process, managing the delivery team, and ensuring smooth hub operations in line with company standards.

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily warehouse operations including inbound, sorting, and outbound logistics
Supervise Picker/Packers, Delivery Executives, and other warehouse staff
Monitor attendance, shift scheduling, and team productivity
Ensure timely dispatch of orders and manage delivery route planning
Handle inventory checks, stock updates, and damage control
Maintain hygiene, safety, and compliance as per SOPs
Coordinate with regional managers, HR, and vendor teams
Generate daily/weekly reports on hub performance metrics

Eligibility Criteria:
Minimum 12th Pass; Graduate preferred
1–3 years of experience in warehouse, logistics, or delivery operations
Experience in team handling or shift supervision is mandatory
Good knowledge of Excel, inventory software, and operational dashboards
Strong communication and people management skills
Physically fit and willing to work in shift-based environments

Operational planning & time management
Basic computer proficiency (Excel, Email, MIS)
Familiarity with delivery tracking tools and warehouse software
Problem-solving and multi-tasking under pressure
