📌 Position Overview
As Hub Lead, you will be responsible for managing the full spectrum of warehouse operations and delivery management at the Palam Vihar hub. This includes overseeing inventory, team performance, dispatch accuracy, hygiene standards, and on-time delivery. The role calls for strong operational leadership, organizational efficiency, and the ability to lead and motivate a frontline team.

🔧 Key Responsibilities
📦 Supervise daily hub operations including inventory, packing, dispatch, and stock control
👨👩👧👦 Lead and manage a team of warehouse pickers, packers, and delivery staff
📊 Maintain and audit inventory reports; monitor inflow and outflow accuracy
❄️ Ensure all cold-chain and food safety protocols are followed without exception
📲 Coordinate with the central operations team via warehouse management software and mobile platforms
🚚 Track delivery performance, resolve escalations, and manage route reassignments

🎓 Minimum Education: 12th Pass (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
🛠️ Experience: 1–3 years in warehouse/logistics operations or team leadership roles
📍 Preferred Location: Candidates residing in or near Palam Vihar, Gurgaon
📱 Tech Skills: Familiarity with mobile apps, delivery tracking tools, and WMS (Warehouse Management Systems)
👥 Leadership: Strong team handling, shift planning, and operational decision-making capabilities
