To strengthen our operational footprint in Mohali, Punjab, we are looking to hire a dynamic and experienced Hub Lead to manage our warehousing and last-mile delivery operations. 📌 Position Overview
As a Hub Lead, you will be accountable for managing end-to-end operations at our Mohali delivery hub. This includes overseeing inventory accuracy, order fulfillment, team management, process compliance, and timely delivery performance. The role demands excellent leadership skills, strong operational discipline, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

🔧 Key Responsibilities
Manage daily warehouse operations, including inventory handling, picking, packing, dispatch, and returns.
Lead and coordinate a team of warehouse staff and delivery executives to ensure productivity and adherence to timelines.
Monitor and maintain inventory accuracy through regular audits and reporting.
Ensure strict adherence to cold-chain protocols and food safety standards throughout the supply chain.
Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS), mobile apps, and dashboards for real-time operational tracking.
Address delivery escalations, optimize delivery routes, and manage logistics coordination.
Conduct onboarding and regular training of staff on SOPs, hygiene, safety, and operational guidelines.
Uphold high standards of cleanliness, health, and safety in the warehouse.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports, tracking KPIs and staff productivity.

✅ Desired Candidate Profile
Education: Minimum 12th pass; Graduation preferred.
Experience: 1–3 years in logistics, delivery operations, warehouse management, or team leadership.
Location Preference: Candidates based in or around Mohali, Punjab.
Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience with mobile-based delivery tracking systems and WMS tools.
Leadership Skills: Strong people management, shift planning, and operational decision-making capabilities.
