Experience:-2 to 7 Years
we are looking for Human Resource Generalist professionals work to support a company’s employees and ensure a positive work environment. Their responsibilities include recruitment, compensation, benefits, training, and employee relations.

Supervisory Responsibilities:
May oversee the scheduling, assignments, and daily workflow of subordinate staff in the department.
May assist with constructive and timely performance evaluations.

:-Responsibilities:-
Recruitment and hiring : Review resumes, find and hire new employees
Onboarding : Welcome new employees and help them orient to the company
Training and development: Train managers on how to give feedback and build relationships with their teams
Employee relations : Maintain positive relationships with employees and handle disciplinary actions
Payroll : Assist with payroll processing and benefits administration
Communications : Create and distribute internal communications
Talent management: Develop and maintain talent management processes
Compliance : Ensure the company complies with labor laws and employment standards
Skills and qualifications
*Broad knowledge of HR policies, practices, and laws
*Computer literacy skills
*Strong interpersonal skills
*Ability to handle multiple HR issues and projects
