we are looking for Human resources (HR) professionals work to support a company’s employees and ensure a positive work environment. Their responsibilities include recruitment, compensation, benefits, training, and employee relations.

• Recruitment Create job descriptions, Recruit applicants, and Place workers.
• Training and development Design onboarding and training programs and Help employees develop their skills.
• Compensation and benefits Manage employee benefits, Process payroll, and Handle questions about benefits and payroll.
• Employee relations create a positive working environment, facilitate positive employee relationships, resolve conflicts, and act as a liaison between employees and managers.
  Other HR responsibilities
  Maintain company culture
  Create a safe work environment
  Handle disciplinary actions
  Participate in conversations about employee policies
  Work with management to develop an organizational structure
  Develop employee retention strategies
  Streamline event planning and scheduling
  HR professionals may also be responsible for compliance and worker safety.
