🎯 Key Responsibilities
As an ITI Technician, your role will include the following responsibilities:
Conduct routine and preventive maintenance of machines and industrial equipment.
Troubleshoot, repair, and overhaul machinery, electrical panels, or mechanical parts.
Assist in the installation and testing of machines and components.
Follow technical drawings and maintenance manuals during repairs.
Operate hand tools, welding tools, and electrical testing devices.
Maintain clear records of work orders, service logs, and inventory.
Comply with industry safety standards and operational guidelines.
Report technical issues and corrective measures to supervisors and engineers.
Support other technicians and teams during breakdowns or emergencies.
Participate in safety drills, machine upgrades, and site inspections.

✅ Candidate Requirements
Qualification: ITI certificate in Electrical, Fitter, Mechanic, Welder, Turner, Electronics, or relevant trade.
Experience: 0–3 years (freshers with strong practical knowledge encouraged to apply).
Age Limit: 18 to 35 years preferred.
Skills:
Basic knowledge of machinery & equipment
Electrical/mechanical troubleshooting
Use of measuring instruments & hand tools
Good understanding of safety and compliance
Ability to read blueprints and wiring diagrams
Personal Traits:
Punctual and reliable
Physically fit for site work
Team player with good attitude
Willing to work in shifts and different plant locations
