We are looking for an experienced Lead Generation / Sales Executive to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:-
Make calls: Make outbound calls to potential customers and follow up with existing customers
Build relationships: Build rapport with customers and engage with them to understand their needs
Provide information: Educate customers about products or services, including features, pricing, and benefits
Resolve issues: Address customer concerns and complaints quickly and professionally
Gather data: Collect customer feedback and opinions to improve products and services
Generate sales: Persuade customers to make purchases or arrange appointments
Maintain records: Document customer interactions in a CRM system
Follow guidelines: Adhere to organizational guidelines and legal requirements for Telecalling
