Position Overview
Friendsjob is recruiting Loader / Unloader specialists for urgent deployment in Banthra. Manually loading and unloading commodities in warehouses, factories, logistics facilities, or building sites, the job requires candidates to have a significant contribution towards ensuring free material flow and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
Efficiently and safely load and unload goods, materials, and packages
Heavy lifting and movement of items with manual or mechanical solutions
Check for damages or discrepancies on loading/unloading of goods
Sort out goods in storage or transportation areas
Obey safety protocols and procedures to avoid accidents
Provide assistance to other warehouse or site personnel when needed

Candidate Requirements
Physically healthy and capable of lifting heavy loads
Prepared to work 8-hour shifts and overtime where needed
No educational qualification is needed
Past experience in loading/unloading or warehouse activities is preferred
Timely, obedient, and team player

Compensation & Benefits
Basic Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹14,000 per month (8 hours)
Overtime Pay: ₹16,000 – ₹18,000 per month based on additional hours worked
