Designation: Medical Sales Promoter
Work Location- Kandivali West
Salary- 15,000/- 18,000 Per Month + Rs.150 Daily Allowance. 💸

👉 Requirements:
1. -Education – Graduation or undergraduates if they have prior experience in the relevant field
2. -Soft Skills – English + Hindi + Regional Language
3. -Experience – 1 to 3+ Years
4. -Industry – Pharma / OTC Products / FMCG
5. -Mobility – Should have 2 wheeler
6. -Good To Have – Knowledge of Retail Store,
Retail Branding, & BTL Activities

👉 Responsibilities:
1. -Daily 20 Retail stores visit – Retail Chain + Mom & Pop Stores
2. -Retail Store staff training on a daily basis
3. -Daily sales Order Generation from the stores
4. -Checking on stock availability and product placement weekly basis
5. -Customer camp engagement activity at 1 Store / Day
6. -Exploring New Product Sales / Placement / Visibility Synergies
7. -Handling customer questions, inquiries, and complaints
8. -Building and maintaining a weekly CRM database
9. -Meeting daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
10. -Attending weekly sales team meetings
