Designation: Medical Sales Promoter
Work Location- New Town Kolkata,
Salary- 15,000/- 18,0000 Per Month + Rs.150 Daily Allowance. 💸
👉 Job Description:

Education – Graduation or undergraduates if they have prior experience in the relevant field
-Soft Skills – English + Hindi + Regional Language
-Experience – 1 to 3+ Years -Industry – Pharma / OTC Products / FMCG -Mobility
– Should have 2 wheeler -Good To Have
– Knowledge of Retail store, Retail Branding, & BTL Activities

Responsibilities:
-Daily 20 Retail stores visit – Retail Chain + Mom & Pop Stores
-Retail Store staff training on daily basis
-Daily sales Order Generation from the stores
-Checking on stock availability and products placement weekly basis
-Customer camp engagement activity at 1 Store / Day
-Exploring New Product Sales / Placement / Visibility Synergies
-Handling customer questions, inquiries, and complaints
-Building and maintaining a weekly CRM database
-Meeting daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
-Attending weekly sales team meetings this
