Key Responsibilities
Perform MIG welding on steel and metal components as per specifications.
Set up welding machines with correct parameters.
Read engineering drawings and follow fabrication instructions.
Inspect welds for strength, alignment, and quality.
Maintain tools and equipment, following all safety guidelines.
Coordinate with production teams to meet daily targets.
Report defects or machine issues to supervisors.

Required Skills & Qualifications
1–3 years of hands-on MIG welding experience.
Ability to weld mild steel, stainless steel, and other metals.
Knowledge of welding tools, safety equipment, and fabrication standards.
Ability to read technical drawings accurately.
Physically fit to work in a manufacturing setup.
