Key Responsibilities
Perform MIG welding on steel and metal components as per specifications.
Set up welding machines with correct parameters.
Read and follow engineering drawings and fabrication instructions.
Inspect welds for strength, alignment, and overall quality.
Maintain welding tools and equipment while following safety guidelines.
Coordinate with production teams to meet daily targets.
Report welding defects or equipment issues to supervisors.

Required Skills & Qualifications
1–3 years of hands-on MIG welding experience.
Ability to weld mild steel, stainless steel, and other metals.
Knowledge of welding tools, safety practices, and fabrication standards.
Ability to read technical drawings accurately.
Physically fit to work in a manufacturing setup.
