Key Responsibilities
Perform MIG welding on steel and metal components as per specifications.
Set up welding machines with proper parameters and tools.
Read and follow engineering drawings, measurements, and welding instructions.
Inspect completed welds for strength, alignment, and quality.
Maintain welding tools and equipment and follow all safety guidelines.
Coordinate with fabrication and production teams to meet daily targets.
Report welding defects or machinery issues to supervisors.

Required Skills & Qualifications
1–3 years of experience in MIG welding.
Ability to weld mild steel, stainless steel, and other metals.
Knowledge of welding tools, safety equipment, and fabrication standards.
Ability to read technical drawings and perform precise measurements.
Physically fit to work in an industrial setup.
