Key Responsibilities
Perform MIG welding on various metal components as per specifications.
Prepare and set up welding machines with correct parameters.
Read and follow engineering drawings, measurements, and fabrication instructions.
Inspect completed welds to ensure strength, alignment, and overall quality.
Maintain tools, equipment, and follow all safety guidelines.
Coordinate with production and fabrication teams to meet daily targets.
Report welding defects or machinery issues to supervisors.

Required Skills & Qualifications
1–3 years of hands-on experience in MIG welding.
Ability to weld mild steel, stainless steel, and other metals.
Knowledge of welding tools, safety equipment, and fabrication standards.
Ability to read technical drawings and perform precise measurements.
Physically fit to work in a manufacturing setup.
