Job Description:
A manufacturing unit in Shaheed Nagar, Ghaziabad is looking for an experienced MIG Welder capable of delivering high-precision welding work. The role requires strong technical expertise in MIG welding, fabrication, and maintaining consistent weld quality as per industry standards. This position is ideal for candidates who can work efficiently, follow production targets, and ensure safety compliance throughout operations.

Key Responsibilities:
Perform MIG welding on metal parts with accuracy and consistency
Read and interpret fabrication drawings and welding specifications
Prepare and set up welding machines and tools
Conduct weld inspections to ensure durability and clean finish
Maintain machines, tools, and work area in proper condition
Coordinate with the production team to meet daily targets

Eligibility & Skills:
1–3 years of MIG welding experience required
ITI in Welding / equivalent certification preferred
Strong understanding of welding materials, techniques, and safety protocols
Ability to work independently with attention to detail
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹18,000 per month
