The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, analytical, and highly proficient in advanced Excel, managing data entry, reporting, and inventory allocation efficiently. Key Responsibilities:
Accurately enter and maintain data in computer systems and databases.
Organize and manage both digital and physical filing systems.
Handle day-to-day office operations and ensure smooth workflow.
Manage incoming customer calls and provide timely responses.
Conduct data reconciliation, analysis, and generate reports for management.
Allocate products to retail outlets based on demand and inventory levels.
Utilize advanced Excel functions (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, formulas) for data analysis.
Monitor inventory movement and analyze patterns.
Assist in purchase planning and raise purchase orders according to inventory requirements.
Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely delivery and resolve issues.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
1–3 years of experience as an MIS Executive or in a similar role.
Advanced MS Excel skills, including VLOOKUP, PivotTables, and formulas.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
Excellent multitasking skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
