Role Overview
As an MIS Executive, you will be responsible for handling company data, preparing MIS reports, analyzing business performance, and supporting management with actionable insights. This role requires excellent knowledge of MS Excel, reporting tools, and a keen eye for accuracy.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports as per company requirements.
Manage large sets of data, perform data cleaning, and ensure accuracy.
Generate dashboards, pivot tables, and automated reports for management review.
Analyze trends and prepare performance insights for different departments.
Coordinate with internal teams to collect data and maintain consistency in reporting.
Support management in strategic decision-making through timely reports.
Ensure confidentiality, security, and proper data backup.

Required Qualifications & Skills
Education: Graduate in Commerce, IT, or related field (MBA preferred).
Experience: 1–3 years in MIS, data analysis, or reporting roles.
Strong expertise in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros, etc.).
Knowledge of SQL / Power BI / Advanced Excel will be an added advantage.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
Ability to work independently and deliver under deadlines.

Salary & Benefits
Salary Range: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month (based on skills & experience).
