Your responsibilities will span across all digital touchpoints:
🔍 Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
Conduct in-depth keyword research and implement effective on-page and off-page SEO strategies
Monitor website traffic, analyze search trends, and improve SERP rankings
Use tools like Google Search Console, SEMrush, and Ahrefs to measure performance
📱 Social Media Marketing (SMM)
Create, schedule, and manage social media content (posts, stories, reels) across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn
Run engagement campaigns, contests, and awareness drives
Monitor key metrics and adjust strategies for improved brand presence
📊 Paid Advertising & Campaigns
Develop, run, and optimize paid marketing campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads
Track ad spend, conversions, click-through rates (CTR), and cost per acquisition (CPA)
Generate weekly reports and suggest campaign improvements
📧 Email & Automation Marketing
Design email marketing campaigns for promotions, service updates, and newsletters
Segment audiences and personalize messaging to maximize open and conversion rates
Manage platforms like Mailchimp or Zoho Campaigns
✍️ Content Coordination
Work with content writers to publish engaging blog posts, landing pages, and marketing copies
Collaborate on website content updates and ensure SEO compatibility
Maintain content calendars for multiple platforms
📈 Performance Analysis & Reporting

👤 Desired Candidate Profile

✅ Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
Digital Marketing Certification (Google, Meta Blueprint, HubSpot, etc.) is a plus
✅ Experience
1–3 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing
Exposure to staffing, HR services, or logistics-related industries is preferred
