🎯 Key Responsibilities
Skin Care Treatments: Perform facials, clean-ups, bleaching, detanning, and other advanced skincare treatments customized to the client’s skin type.
Hair Services: Provide professional haircuts, hair spa, oil massage, blow drying, hair coloring, straightening, and hair styling for various occasions.
Hair Removal: Conduct full body waxing, upper lip, chin, eyebrow threading, and other grooming services with high attention to hygiene and technique.
Nail Care: Deliver manicure, pedicure, nail shaping, nail art, and basic gel/nail polish services while maintaining client satisfaction.
Makeup Services: Apply basic day and evening makeup, party makeup, and occasional bridal touch-ups as per client preferences.
Client Interaction: Consult with clients to understand their beauty needs and recommend personalized treatments or beauty products.
Salon Maintenance: Keep all beauty tools sanitized, maintain a neat and hygienic workstation, and ensure the salon ambiance remains welcoming.
Upselling Services: Inform customers about new services, offers, and packages available to promote repeat visits and customer loyalty.
Learning & Development: Stay updated with the latest trends in beauty, hair, skin, and wellness treatments through regular training and workshops.

✅ Eligibility Criteria
Minimum 6 months to 2 years of hands-on experience in a beauty salon or spa.
Diploma or certification in beauty therapy, cosmetology, or a related field is highly desirable.
Proficient in delivering both basic and advanced beauty services.
Friendly and confident personality with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
High level of personal grooming and hygiene is essential.
Able to understand client needs and provide appropriate solutions.
Willingness to work on weekends and flexible shifts, if required.
