Best Concern Services Pvt. Ltd. is seeking dedicated and motivated Picker / Packers to join our team in Adoni, Andhra Pradesh. As a Picker / Packer, you will be responsible for maintaining inventory, ensuring the quality of goods, and assisting with the dispatch process. This role requires attention to detail, a proactive attitude, and the ability to work in a dynamic warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Maintain accurate inventory and stock records.
Identify and pack goods for dispatch while ensuring quality control.
Regularly update and maintain inventory reports.
Follow standard operating procedures and ensure safe handling of goods.
Reading and understanding English is essential for clear communication.

Preferred Qualifications:
12th Pass and above.
0–6 months of experience in a warehouse/logistics environment is preferred, but freshers are welcome to apply.
Ability to work in a rotational shift schedule.
