You’ll play a vital role in managing grocery orders — from selecting the right items to packing them securely for delivery. 🔧 Job Duties:
Pick products from inventory based on digital order slips
Pack grocery items carefully in designated packaging
Maintain accuracy and quality in each order
Use handheld scanners or mobile apps to track inventory
Keep the workstation clean and organized
Follow safety protocols and warehouse hygiene standards
🎯 Candidate Profile:
Minimum education: 8th Pass or above
Basic reading skills (Hindi or English)
Physically fit – able to stand/walk for long periods
Punctual, disciplined, and reliable
Prior warehouse or packing experience preferred but not mandatory
💸 Salary & Benefits:
Take-Home Salary: ₹13,500 – ₹16,000 per month
CTC: ₹18,000 – includes ESI + PF + attendance bonuses
