Position Overview
As a Picker Packer Associate, you will play a key role in managing order accuracy, product handling, and warehouse organization. The role is ideal for motivated individuals who are detail-oriented, punctual, and ready to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
Accurately pick products as per order sheets.
Pack items securely to maintain quality and prevent damage.
Stack, arrange, and organize inventory within the store warehouse.
Ensure timely order processing and support daily store operations.
Maintain workplace hygiene and comply with company safety standards.

Eligibility Criteria
Male candidates only (15 positions available).
Minimum qualification: 10th / 12th pass.
Physically fit and willing to handle manual tasks.
Previous experience in warehouse or logistics roles is preferred but not mandatory.
Strong work discipline, reliability, and teamwork attitude.

Salary & Benefits
Gross Salary: ₹14,000/- per month.
In-hand Salary: ₹12,700/- (after ESI deduction).
Attendance Bonus: ₹1,000/- monthly.
Performance Incentives: Based on stacking & packing efficiency.
PF & ESI benefits provided as per statutory norms.
