Position Overview
We are hiring Picker/Packers to join our fast-paced warehouse operations team in Ballia, Uttar Pradesh. This role is responsible for the accurate picking, packing, and preparation of products for dispatch. The ideal candidate is reliable, physically fit, and committed to maintaining high productivity and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
Accurately pick items from inventory based on order slips or system instructions
Pack products securely and label them as per shipping requirements
Use scanners or manual checklists to confirm orders
Maintain cleanliness and safety within the warehouse environment
Assist in loading and unloading inventory
Report any damaged, missing, or incorrect items to the supervisor
Follow standard operating procedures and safety protocols at all times
Candidate Requirements
Minimum education: 10th Pass or equivalent
Experience in warehouse or logistics operations preferred, but not required
Physically fit and capable of lifting and moving packages as needed
Ability to understand and follow basic instructions and processes
Willing to work in shifts, including weekends or extended hours if needed
Attention to detail and a positive, team-oriented attitude
Compensation and Benefits
Monthly salary: ₹17,000 – ₹18,000
