As a Picker Packer, you’ll play a key part in ensuring customer orders are accurately picked, packed, and dispatched on time.
Key Responsibilities:
Accurately pick products from the warehouse shelves as per order lists.
Safely pack items with proper labeling, barcoding, and sealing.
Maintain order accuracy and ensure no product damage during packaging.
Prepare shipments for delivery and assist in inventory control activities.
Follow company safety guidelines and standard operating procedures.
Keep workstations clean, organized, and efficient.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum Qualification: 10th Pass or above.
Ability to lift, move, and organize packages efficiently.
Attention to detail and time management skills.
Basic knowledge of warehouse operations is a plus.
Must be punctual, disciplined, and a good team player.
