As a Picker Packer, you will play a key role in ensuring accurate order fulfillment and smooth warehouse operations.
Salary & Benefits
Take-Home Salary: ₹13,500 – ₹16,000 per month
CTC: Up to ₹18,000 per month (includes PF & ESI)
Overtime allowance as per company policy

Key Responsibilities
Accurately pick products from shelves based on order lists.
Pack items securely to avoid damage during delivery.
Label and prepare orders for dispatch.
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the warehouse.
Check product quality and report any damages.
Coordinate with the warehouse supervisor for smooth operations.
Follow company safety protocols at all times.
Qualifications & Requirements
Minimum education: 8th/10th pass (Higher Secondary preferred)
Basic reading and writing skills
Physically fit to lift and move packages
Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
Previous experience in warehouse/logistics preferred but not mandatory

6 working days per week (rotational weekly off)
